ITS: Windows dimension conflict

Hi experts,

some of our users get the error: "Invalid GUI input data: display - window dimension conflict" when calling an ITS webgui in our system.

After searching the net I found note 2016640.

Unfortunately that changed nothing, same error appears.I didn't specify the parameters (e.g. ~webguiUserAreaWidth ) described in the note, because the screen sizes of the users are different. The note says that the values are set to standard if nothing was entered.

Can anyone help how to get rid of this error?
