ITS Mobile with Entreprise Browser on MC9200 Fkey problem

$

Hi Guru's,

I have generated RF transaction to an ITS Mobile service created to replace SAP Web console. I have installed Entreprise Browser un RF gun to work with.

Now, If i am working with Internet explorer, all key are working good with the device, Fkeys and "Enter" also.

With Entreprise Browser :

I have problems to operate "XKEY" and "Enter". "Enter" doesnt work and also "Fkeys". The templates have all been generated with Style MOBILE4 and theme 99.

Does anyone know how to resolve it? I dont think that the problem is with the config.xml of the browser, but i am not sure.

Here is a sample of the xml file where the "Functions Key's" are defined.

I also attached the XML file if you want to review.

  <DeviceKeys>

    <FunctionKeysCapturable  value="1"/>

    <EnableFunctionKey_F1     value="1"/>

Hello Mohan,

You will need to supply the complete path. This also happens when using a theme that comes from the Portal.

About the css version, you need to follow the logic from SAP note 1446099. You should also pay attention to SAP note 1802264.

Cris

Hi Michel,

Have you tried the approach from SAP note 1491666 (ITSMobile: How to obtain function key values)?

Kind regards,

Cris

Hi,

I am planning to either use Motorola MC series or Intermec CK devices. Those should come installed with Windows CE or Mobile. At the moment this needs to work with IE11 for certain reasons..

I am using Mobile 4 style for the template.

Hello Ho,

What is the SAP_BASIS and Kernel version you are using?

Did you republish: ITSGENMOBILE4 before generating the HTML Mobile templates for the screens of the transaction LM01?

Oisin

Hello Ho,

What is the value of icf/user_recheck? If it is 1, then try with value 0.

Cris

Hi Cristiano,

Yes, all is working perfectly with Internet explorer, but not with "Entreprise Browser"  of Zebra. It seems that the codes are not perfectly mapped for the browser with the ITS service.

Michel

Hi Michel,

In this case, I would contact the web browser vendor and ask them how to map the function keys.

Cris

Hi Michel,

Cris is right here. Check out the doc number: "DOC-3442" on developer.zebra.com

The title of the document is: SAP ITS Mobile Usage Guide for Enterprise Browser

It may prove useful in mapping the function keys for the Zebra browser.

HI,

I have requirement to hide status bar (only) when launching sap transaction via webgui, I come to know that we should pass "~WEBGUI_SIMPLE_TOOLBAR" as n URL attribute, I have tried with many values to just hide status bar and other elements of the screen should remain as per screen below ...

May I know what value need to be set just to take away status bar from below ?

Thanks

Hi,

I don't think its related to missing screens or ungenerated HTML templates. Please refer the earlier messages. Thank you.

Cursor not on Input field in ITSMOBILE

Hi all,

Whenever we are opening the itsmobile service in the device (MC9200), we are not getting the cursor on the input field.

I viewed the html code in browser and saw the the focusfield value is blank.

I have mentioned mobile as value of MobileCssInclude parameter in SICF to avoid using the standard CSS include.

PFA the snapshots of service parameters from SICF and SE80.

Latest SAP version -

SAP Basis  740  0012   SAPKB74012 SAP Basis Component

We built a test service based on standard internet service LM00 and cursor is coming properly.

Kindly advice.

Regards

Suman

Hello Ho,

You can use RZ11 to check the value of icf/user_recheck.

Hi Oisin ,

Need one quick help here.

After using the device include the output layout is coming as expected,but the cursor is not on the input field.

I tested by removing the device include parameter (ItsMobileDeviceInclude) from service parameter .

So whenever  I remove the parameter,the cursor is on the input field,and when i add the parameter the cursor  is not set,so I guess the include code is responsible.

Include Code ---

`include(~service="system", ~language="", ~theme="dm", ~name="templateLibraryScreenIndependentDHTML.html");`

<html>

  <head>

    <!-- <title>`#windowtitle`</title> -->

    `SAP_TemplateStylesheet()`

    `SAP_TemplateJavaScript()`

  </head>

  <body `SAP_TemplateBodyAttributes( )`

        onload="`SAP_TemplateOnLoadJavaScript()`" >

<meta name="viewport" content="width=480, height=640, user-scalable=yes,

initial-scale=1.2, maximum-scale=5.0, minimum-scale=1.0" />

  </body>

  `SAP_TemplatePostProcess();`

</html>

Kindly advise.

Regards

Suman
